Puchasing only Enterprise Manager

hello!
I am interested in purchasing sql server.
Is it possible to purchase a Enterprise Manager only? So
I do not have to buy complete SQL server?

DanielThe only thing you can DO with EM is connect and manage an existing instance
of SQL Server. This presupposes that you have already purchased a SQL
Server license. If you have a license for SQL Server you can install the
client tools (Query Analyzer, Enterprise Manager, etc...) on any number of
computers without additional licensing fees.

per-seat.
One option would be to buy the Developer edition for $49, which comes with
the client tools.
